Rubilyn Wells is a native Floridian. She is a member of the Christian Writer’s Guild. Her ancestor, Robert Garrett, arrived in Florida from the Isle of Man in 1833. Many of his descendants live in Florida near Freeport where he settled. The author lives on family land with her two sisters living on her street.
