Prince Juna is next in line to become king of a powerful ancient land, but there’s one problem—Juna isn’t very wise and everyone knows it.

Terrified of the weight of this position, Juna sets off to attain wisdom from an esteemed guru in a far off forest, but instead he falls into a peculiar course of events filled with exhilarating highs and devastating lows.

Will his journey be worth the trouble? Only time will tell . . .

Inspired by the wisdom of the Bible and imagery from the Far East, The Prince of Wisdom is a unique retelling of the classic story of the wise guru and the eager apprentice. With gorgeous imagery and practical wisdom, the tale of the prince touches the hearts and minds of readers young and old.

Bound to leave a lasting impact in the mind, you’ll find yourself thinking of its precepts “day and night.”

About

A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Ray Chris Jones is a fond lover of literature, faith, and fitness. He is a graduate of Wofford College (2013), where he was a co-chairman of the campus’s chapter of the Interfaith Youth Core. He also studied creative writing at Converse College in Spartanburg, SC. Chris was inspired to write his first work The Prince of Wisdom while researching for another novel idea. An enthusiast of self-development and spiritual literature, Jones wrote this book in the hopes of translating complex spiritual ideas into plans for practical use: “I grew up in church and found myself in love with God’s truth and the uplifting feeling his truth brings . . . but one day I thought about how much regularly goes over our heads during a sermon, so much of which could truly change our lives if we were to understand how to apply it. So that’s something I’ve been in pursuit of all my life, not just great knowledge, but the wisdom to actually use it."
