About
Tathel Miller’s greatest joy is serving the Lord and spending time with her family. She is mama to Jill and Daniel and Granna to four adorable grandchildren. Along with her writing and photography, she loves spending time outdoors; gardening; and visiting farmers’ markets, farms, and old country stores. She spends many hours reading and enjoys browsing used bookstores searching for old books where past readers have shared their thoughts and notes in the margins and on empty pages. She is blessed to be a member of Hilltop Baptist Church in North Carolina, where she has served as a Sunday school teacher for the teens, toddlers, and beginners’ classes. She has served as Vacation Bible School director and worked with many other outreach programs. As an older adult with both of her children in college, she went back to the classroom in 2002 to fulfill a dream of being a college graduate. In 2005 at the age of forty-seven, she graduated with departmental honors from Salem College. “With God, all things are possible” (Matt. 19:26).
